The overall cleanliness needs to be consistent!!! Showers had inconsistent water temperatures which were frustrating!!! The surrounding area felt unsafe at night, making it difficult to relax after a long day!!!

Upon arriving, I felt concerned about the neighborhood's safety. The room, while small, felt cramped and made moving around quite difficult.

Small but cozy room with air conditioning, private bathroom, shower, and free toiletries. Nice TV and pay-per-view channels for entertainment. Staff were helpful. The spa facilities were a highlight—really relaxing. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Perfect for a quick stay. Plus the hotel was clean and quiet.

I had a short stay at a hotel right before a flight, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Although the lobby looked a bit dated on arrival, inside the main gate, the facilities were quite modern, and the bed provided a comfortable rest after a hectic trip. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was enjoyable, especially with the clean setup. I appreciated the quick access to the airport for my early morning departure, which made my transit much smoother.

I had a pleasant experience at Buono Hotel. The staff really stood out. Lorenzo made us feel welcome right from the start and ensured we were comfortable after our long journey. The room was neat and clean, with great air conditioning to cool us off. The breakfast offered a nice variety and good coffee, which I loved! However, the location left much to be desired. It was kind of difficult to find anything nearby since it sat beneath an overpass. Coming back late was a bit unsettling, and it felt unsafe walking around outside. The Wi-Fi worked intermittently too, which was frustrating. All in all, I appreciated the great service and the cleanliness, but the location and connectivity need improvement.

Charming decor both inside and out, with a comfortable, quiet room that was meticulously clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast featured fresh, seasonal products, though the area wasn't ideal for exploring. Given the proximity to the airport and quality of service, this is perfect for a brief stay.

My stay at Buono was highly satisfying. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning and powerful showers. The breakfast offered a delightful continental spread with plenty of choices, including excellent coffee prepared by a friendly staff member. Additionally, the tram stop nearby provided convenient access to Central Naples and ferry ports, making it easy to explore the region without hassle.

The hotel is located in a less desirable area for walking.
